Easter gifts for children under a year?
Okay so my son is a couple months old and his cousin is 7 months old. I wasn’t going to get him anything for Easter, because he’s to young to enjoy toys, can’t eat chocolate which is what it’s really about in my opinion. Normally kids get chocolate for Easter, little bunny’s and egg hunts but here’s the thing yaall my in-laws expect us to get her son an Easter gift but I don’t get it, what’s the point? He’s to young to actually be able to enjoy Easter! He doesn’t need toys, so I have to buy clothes as an Easter present for a baby whose 7 months old! I find that sort of ridiculous... is it just me? I feel like it’s supposed to be spent with family and not about the gifts to the children are old enough to actually enjoy it... is it just me? I wasn’t going to get my son anything for Easter because he’s to young to understand, enjoy and actually participate. Please tell me I’m not the only mom who finds it useless to get presents for kids who are too young to experience these occasions I mean, they can’t even open the gift... everything these days is so
Materialistic! Why can’t it just be about spending time as a family...
