So confused!!!!

So I had my last period Jan. 24, it wasn’t technically a period it was a miscarriage (Chemical pregnancy).

Well my next period was due feb 22, on the 23, I had some spotting, then on March 13, I had light pink bleeding, a week later I found out I’m pregnant but it was 6 days before my missed period and it was a BRIGHT positive.

So what I’m wondering, my ob says I’m 10 weeks today, no ultrasound until next week to confirm or deny, could that be right even with the little bleeding I had because the week before last he checked my hcg and it was 585 so he wanted to check it again that following Monday (last week) so I went in and it was up to 2600.

But I feel like for 9 weeks it should have been a lot higher but he swears that’s an amazing number...
