Anyone here from Mississippi?

It is seeming impossible to find support for a vbac, much less a vba2c. It feels like even the best of the local medical providers here just want to herd you in and out for the benefit of their own convenience. Feeling discouraged 😞

I don't live in Mississippi but it's the same here in southern California. I finally found a birth center about 45 minutes away that allows a Vba2c and had to take out a loan to pay for it but I have never felt more supported or encouraged. Maybe that's a option somewhere around you?

Try finding a holistic/natural Facebook page or vbac page in your state you should be able to find some good recommendations. I’m in so cal as well and found a great OBGYN whose practice also has midwifes in his practice too. I’m trying for a Vba2c and I feel so supported and have been binging on all the YouTube videos about vbacs and natural births as I can. I hope you can find someone and if not make sure your voice is heard and write up a birth preferences plan bc we all know things can turn out differently then we expected. And just make sure your questions are answered and you and your partner are a united front!!!! 💗💗💗
