Dangerous Waiting

Are there any risks associated with waiting until I’m 12 weeks along for my first doctors appointment?

Both families are healthy, both of us are healthy, we conceived quickly, I’m taking proper prenatals and DHA, healthy diet overall, no drugs/alcohol, no medications, 27 y/o, and no spotting/bleeding.

I’m having trouble getting time off work as I’m still under employment probation until I’m approximately 12 weeks along. I work 6 days a week, fairly long hrs, during standard clinic times, so I cannot go before or after work.
