Please help me ladies.

I am 8 weeks. Around the time I turn 6 weeks I have been off and on nauseous, don't want to eat, don't want to think about food, trying to stay hydrated but I'm slacking on that 😫😫😫 I just feel so lazy and no motivation. If anybody can help me come up with some small meal plans! I have almost 2 year and a hubby that I have to feed as well and they basically eat what I eat😫. This is new to me not having a appetite while pregnant, so I need a little guidance. PLEASE ANY INFO WILL HELP!
