Hello ladies. My husband and I are trying to conceive our first together. I have two children ages 8 and 6 from a previous relationship. We have been married for over two years and so far no luck. Every month we get our hopes up and every month nothing.

I have had pretty regular cycles since my son was born 6 years ago, 29-31 days with the occasional 34 day cycle thrown in there because Mother Nature has a sick sense of humor when TTC.

Anywhoo, now I am on cycle day 40 with no AF in sight. I took two CB digital tests last Wednesday and Thursday (4 days ago) with FMU and both came back negative. Figured AF was on the way since I did not "feel" pregnant, and yet here I sit . . . in limbo.

Now I am 10 days late and terrified to test again. I am not sure I can handle another BFN. I had cramps all last week but no spotting or anything. No other PMS/AF symptoms really either. This has never happened to me before. I really cannot compare this to when my other two were born because they were surprises and I wasn't charting or doing anything of that nature. Yeah I know . . I hate 20 year old me too. . .I am 32 and my husband is 29.

I guess the only real symptoms I have (assuming I am not symptom spotting or crazy) is increased discharge, and frequent urge to urinate. Have had no other differences this last month that could cause this lateness. No sore chest, no nausea, no fatigue.

Has anyone else out there gone through this? Anyone have a happy ending? I could probably handle this waiting if I knew a BFP was waiting at the end of this.
