My period ended 2 days ago but the day after it fully stopped I had spotting, I assumed it was old blood but today I now have pink spotting is this still considered old blood or is it normal to spot pink 2 days later? I still have a few cramps through the day in my side but (hear me out this sounds odd) different to my period cramps, like they're lighter or can be more painful at times but just a short pain.
