Spotting for over a week

I had a positive test and confirmed blood test after my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. However I’ve had some cramping and spotting for a week now. Has anyone else run into this? Is it normal? They say it’s implantation but I can’t help but be concerned. I’m only in my 4th week of pregnancy right now.
