Acne treatment

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat really bad acne??
I wash my face 2 times a day an I’ve tried so many different treatments but nothing works for me. 
Please help!!

I’ve been using Differin Gel and the website skincarisma.com. You search different products and it breaks down the ingredients for you.

Early February 2019 with makeup so you can see all of the active acne.

Early March 2019. Everything there is active.

Yesterday (about a week and a half since starting Differin). That’s all just scarring (I’m very susceptible to scarring).

These were a few days ago, about a week after starting Differin. Everything circled in red is active acne and everything is is just scarring from past acne. 
Differin is very drying though so you have to use a good moisturizer with it.

I used accutane it’s the best thing for acne
