How do you motivate yourself during PMS? I struggle harder during PMS RMB during my actual period. Prone to headaches and so exhausted. But if i break my fitness routine it's so hard to get back on track so i have to fight through. Even if i fall off the healthy eating wagon for a few days. Motivation? Tips? Snacks? Naps? Soft blankets?
