Grade 1 placenta?

So I had my growth scan today at 34+2 and my dr was going over everything and told me I have a Grade 1 placenta and didn’t mention anything else so I just assumed it was some medical lingo, normal stuff nothing to worry about. I got home and was curious as to what that was and googled it apparently it’s a grade in Placenta Praevia! Which I also had no idea what that was so I googled it and now I’m terrified. I don’t know really anything about it, I had never heard of it. Has anyone else had this and what are your experiences????
