Bleeding after workout
I just got done working out and now I’m bleeding 🤦🏾♀️ granted, I haven’t worked out in about a month or so and my period ended about a week or so ago but this has happened to me a few times randomly before. I know that it’s nothing alarming, just curious as to why it happens tho 🤔 and it was a very light workout
