Slacker boob

Hi

So my left boob has decided to stop production of milk or at least slow. My daughter won’t really latch and when she does she often gets really frustrated that not as much comes out as when she’s on the right.

Today I finally get her to latch and nurse on the left and she spit my nipple out and made a face like she had something yucky. And she refuses to nurse. What does that mean.

Any tips to help pick back up milk production on my left side. I’ve tried to pumping and nursing more part.
