What could it be?

I had my daughter on February 6th. I had a little skid mark from birth and it hurt really bad. A few weeks later I took a picture of the inside of my vagina walls and there were white bumps everywhere. I went to my OB and they checked for std’s and Sti’s but nothing came up but BV. But I never heard of bv causing white bumps inside of the vagina. Does anyone know what they can be ?! Plz help
