I need help, is this menstration blood clots or miscarriage?

I have no access to a doctor, I had what seemed to be a period last week, and yesterday April 1 I started bleeding. Today it turned into blood clots kinda, I have pain in my lower left abdomen and I’m really scared.

I had a period and then again another one 2 weeks later. The cramps weren’t normal period cramps and one night they got so bad my mom took me to emergency. Turns out I had a tubal pregnancy and my tube ruptured. I was hemorrhaging at that point and if I would’ve  waited a day I’d be dead.  I would get checked out because with ectopic pregnancies your hcg levels are wayyyy lower and sometimes a pregnancy test can’t pick it up. Hope it’s just a shitty period and not something serious. ❤️

I have 0 access to a pregnancy test as of now which is why I’m freaking out. Like I said, I had my period last week, so I’m not entirely sure where this blood is coming from. It started bright pink to a dark rust color, and then to red and very clotty. It won’t stop either. Can a person have 2 periods that close together?
