no prom asking

my boyfriend didn’t do a special prom asking or anything. honestly i didn’t expect him to

do one, and i didn’t even know i wanted one until i saw his friends doing it for their girlfriends. is it wrong for me to feel sad that i didn’t get asked w like a poster of just anything special????? we joked about it before and he just laughed it off and said that he wasn’t going to do it, but i thought he would at least do something...
