Do I go to the doctor

Question

I’m not sure what to do... 
the past 4 days I have had bad diarrhea.. I can’t hold anything down...
Every time I eat or drink it just makes me run to the bathroom...
I’m starting to feel really weak. 
I have an ultrasound in two days (when I’m 10w pregnant) . Idk if I should wait or just go to ER? 
Idk if I have food poisoning, if I ate something bad, or if this is normal...

I would call your regular dr. Going to the er isn’t really for diarrhea, and you risk exposing your self to more pathogens essentially. 
Your dr will determine if you need fluids to prevent dehydration. Usually diarrhea won’t dehydrate you bc you have retained some of the water from your digestive system. Vomiting is another story though.

Call your office and let them know what’s going on.  They’ll either book you an appointment or at least give tips.

I would go to a GP, rather than wait for your ultrasound. But I don’t think this calls for an ER visit.

If you can't get in to the doctors head to the er. You sound dehydrated and need fluids. There is a low risk of picking up other germs, but they're good about taking care of vulnerable patients and usually move you to a non emergency ward for treatment.

Most likely you either have a bug or the diarrhea is from lack of stomach contents If you're vomiting as well. My ob says 24 hours and it's time for fluids. Head to the er just to be safe
