Odd bump....

I have a bump on my right side where my leg creases. It’s right along where the edge of my panties would run. I’ve had this bump since Decemberish, it’s under the skin so it’s not visible just looking at it dead on. It’s a hard knot, no skin discoloration, no “head” like a pimple or ingrown hair would be. It’s about 3/4 inch wide and sometimes it hurts if it’s hit just right, or if I accidentally scratch. I feel like I’ve googled everything I can. I really don’t believe it’s any sort of STD/STI, I am married and been with the same man for 11 years. No new soaps, I don’t shave or wax (just trim), no new panties (#momlife), no new sex toys or lubes, same laundry detergent since the beginning of time, normal 28 day cycles, same brand of tampons/pads as always. Help me out, throw ideas at me cuz I don’t currently have insurance so I can’t see my dr right now.
