Light discomfort in uterus...HELP!!

So for the past week, I've been having very light discomfort in my lower stomach uterus area. It's been very sensitive to my fiancé wrapped his arms around my lower stomach and gave me a hug from behind and it actually hurt and he didn't squeeze very hard at all..

I've been Nauseous, the silliest things make me nauseous but I haven't puked at all.

I'm so confused my period isn't supposed to come for another 4 days, we have been trying for a baby so I'm wondering could this be a sign that I might be pregnant?
