I need help please!!

Ok so my last period was January 29th and on February 7th and 8th I got positive pregnancy test one with first response and the other first response digital. Two weeks after that they started to show negative. I waited to see if I would bleed but nothing. Went the whole month of February and March without a period. So yesterday 4/01 I went to see my dr she did a urine test and it was negative so she also did a blood test (I’m still waiting on those results) she also is doing a pelvic ultrasound next week. She’s doing all this before she prescribed me provera to bring on my period.

My question is has anyone gone thru something like this before and had a positive outcome. I feel like I’m pregnant but I’m also scared it might have been a chemical pregnancy. Thanks for listening! 🙌🏻
