How?????

So.... how is this possible...im on cycle day 10. I havent ovulated yet. Got a full blown period for 5 days and here we are 5 days later.. i felt nauseous this morning so i took an opk and an HCG just for the hell of it. Thede are the results. Im scheduled for an HSG test friday and beginning with shady grove after miscarriage and not getting pregnant after. How the hell am i pregnant. Im freaking out. Is this real? I dont take any weird medications. But how can you get pregnant without ovulating this cycle
