37 weeks with 4th baby and not dilated any is this normal?

It's totally fine. You dont have to be dilated at all for your body to go into full blown labor out of no where. I wouldn't stress it!

I’m 38 weeks still nothing

My water broke at 37+2 and I wasn't dilated

I was 0 dilated with my first and went into labor at 39+3

I’m 38 weeks and this is my third. My cervix is still closed and the midwife said yesterday I’ll probably go another 3 weeks. It’s so frustrating I know but when your body is ready for baby to come it’s will start to dilate

Every pregnancy is different! With my last pregnancy I was 5cm dilated at 35w and didn’t deliver until 39wks I’ll be 36wks tomorrow and I’m only 2cm dilated 🤷🏼‍♀️
