So i went urgent care because my right breast hurts so bad and she felt my boob/exam them and said it didnt feel like anything serious that she thinks its my milk (which it already dried up) im 3 months pp if i had something serious would she of known and would of told me? Im panicking that its breast cancer or mastitis even though she was all up in my boobies

I have like a small red dot on by my nipple does this look like any thing

Also not breast feeding
