Am I being too paranoid?

Question

6 weeks today, had mild cramping this morning. I keep running to the restroom at work because I'm afraid of bleeding. I've had two miscarriages so I'm of course fearing the worst. No spotting or anything just worried.

It’s hard not to be paranoid after experiencing repeated m/c. I’ve just learned to try to enjoy each day while I’m still pregnant cause worrying doesn’t change the outcome... good luck to you. Keep us posted!

I think you're being paranoid. Cramping is extremely common especially early on. Drink tons of water and take it easy. Your uterus is expanding so if you don't have excess water the cramping is very noticeable

This is my first baby I’m 5 weeks 4 days and I had literally two small spotting incidents messaged my doctor freaking out and everything and she said it’s okay to be anxious and paranoid but as long as the cramping isn’t bad everything should be fine. I have had sever anxiety before I was pregnant and now bc baby is still so tiny and I haven’t gone to a dr yet I get very worried ❤️ I pray everyday that baby is happy and healthy and I’m gonna continue. Congrats and keep your head up
