TMI...sorry

So I think I have a yeast infection but maybe not.

So for about 3 or 4 days i've had some redness , and burning ( but not really when I go pee) well about day 2 I noticed a cut on the lip of my vagina. Or it feels like one but can't see one.

I had some white discarge , kinda like toilet paper that got left over in my vagina when I wiped. I only have one sexual partner , my SO. And if I touch my vag near my hole it stings , not to itchy though. Any knowledge about this would be greatly appreciated
