Calories burned in a workout session?
Just curious as to how many calories on average everyone burns using a workout session? I workout 3-4 days a week doing HIIT videos on YouTube 12-15 mins. Then usually 20-30 mins on the treadmill and my average calories burned is around 260 for both workouts which sounds like not much at all? I try to eat around 1400-1500 calories a day
