Favourite cup?

I currently have tried the diva cup, I find it really difficult to get up and even harder to get out. 
I’ve had a baby so I need something that can handle a heavier flow but need something I can retrieve without pinching my walls 😭

I feel like this is a common complaint about the Diva. I use a LENA at the recommendation of putacupinit.com and love it. Perhaps see what they recommend for your individual flow intensity, cervix height, etc.

I took the quiz at putacupinit.com and they recommended a Lena cup to me. After many months of trying it I just don't think that's the cup for me. It's easy to get out but I can't seem to get a good seal with it. It's constantly leaking and slipping down and I can feel it all the time. I've tried all different folds. After researching a ton I just bought a saalt cup. It gets really a ton of great reviews. I'm excited to try it. I just thought maybe you'd like to look at it. Putacupinit.com and taking the quiz is the way to go! I have the Lena and LOVE IT. My sister has the Saltt and she loves hers. Both of us have heavy flows. There are lots of options out there and its amazing!
