I feel like a bad mom because I haven’t been able to potty train my son, I work full time and by the time I get out of work it’s after 7 so he’s ready for bed time by 8

I get 2 days off but there’s always something that has to be done on those days so I feel like if I don’t know how I can squeeze in potty training, he uses pull ups and he will sit on the potty when I tell him to but he won’t actually do anything in it (he’ll just sit there talking lol)

Any advice is greatly appreciated
