I had a forceps delivery 12 weeks ago , bled for around 6 weeks and eventually trailed off. I’ve had a pain in my left side since the birth , not a bad pain but I’ve noticed it bugging me, it feels like a pulled muscle /trapped nerve kind of pain. I’ve started spotting again the last couple of days , enough to wear a pad though. It isn’t a period , my periods always start heavy not like this, and I don’t feel like I’m on my period. What could it be and should I get checked at the doctors ?
