Pulled out but not all the way?

So my husband and I were having sex earlier and we talk about having more kids he says he wants to wait but I told him I’m ready for more whenever he is. He always pulls out but today having sex after he was like I came inside you a little just letting you know. I said to him so you won’t wear a condom and know I’m not on any type of bc but says he don’t want no kids right now 😂
