Baby hasn’t peed

Baby is 6 months I believe he’s teething has been running a fever but today we went to church I changed him around 530 it was wet so clean dry diaper at 530 he had almost 4oz from that time span 5:30-10: 37 we’re home now I went to change him and he’s dry and it’s 10:37 I’m worried . Should I be? Since he’s been running a fever (101.3) it makes me worry that it could be something worse. Shouldn’t he of peed by now????
