No sac on ultrasound?

I’ve had 2 positive test and an ultrasound but when I had the ultrasound they couldn’t see anything? I had to have a blood test afterwards just waiting on results, They said it could just be too early has this happened to anyone else? Last period started 23rd of feb

Probably is too early, how many weeks are you? From your lmp?

I just got home from my appointment with the same news. I had blood drawn and have to go back in 2 days to have blood drawn again to see if my hcg levels are going up and another ultrasound next week. Have you heard anything back from your doctor? I'm hoping it's just too early.
