Is my little one sick?!

my LO is 2 weeks old today, and he threw up for the first time and I'm so scared. It wasn't just a little spit up, he full on threw up all over me, and then again on our bed. I am breastfeeding and I fed him about 10 minutes before he threw up the first time. We are currently visiting family out of state. and with the humidity being different, we're all a bit on the stuffy side. I've decongested him the best I could (hot shower steam, nosefrida, humidifier). Not sure if that's even related but just wanted to note. How worried do I need to be? What can I do?
