Quadruple blood test results

I had my blood test done on the 27/3/2019 had a call back 2 days ago and was told that I am high risk of baby having Down’s syndrome I got given the results as the hcg level was so high it came back at 3.2 MoM which it should only be 1 MoM for a non downs pregnancy I am in the 1 in 30 category has anyone else have these results and how has it been
