Passing out now?

I was in the shower this morning and everything is normal but all of a sudden nausea hits so bad and I get so dizzy I think I’m going to pass out so I get out and sit in the floor by the toilet just in case. I still feel lightheaded and a little nauseous but not like that. I had to practically sit dripping wet until I could reach a towel. Now I’m supposed to be at work in 20 mins and I just don’t know how I’m going to do a 8 hour shift on my feet all day...
