Every day or every OTHER day?

Question

I’ve heard multiple women say you should BD every day and every OTHER day during your fertile to window for the best chance to get pregnant. Just wanting so opinions! If you BD every OTHER day, do the days land on your ovulation day or the day before and after?

Every other day is an outmoded belief of sperm needing time to build back up. Do what is fun and not a chore. Studies show they both work great. (I actually look for scientific studies.) Even for men with low sperm count, every day is fine.

In October I went and had a pap and My ob told me every third day. We did that and the next month I got pregnant 🤷🏼‍♀️ we had been doing it every day or every other day for months with no luck
