Possible blighted ovum

I know Ive been posting about this a lot but it is all I can think about. Friday I went for a scan at 6+4 and there was just an empty sac. No fetal pole or yolk sac visible both abdominal and internal. So I’m going tomorrow at 7+4 for a repeat ultrasound. This whole week all I can think is that my baby isn’t in there. I haven’t had one spot of blood, my morning sickness and fatigue have increased, sore breasts, my skin looks crappy (covered in acne), HCG went from 465 week 5 to 33,308 this week but that doesn’t tell us much. Just looking for support and other stories to calm my nerves before tomorrow’s scan.
