I’m almost 18 weeks with my second and have only gained 2lbs and am not showing at all. With my first daughter I was showing by 15 weeks and now it’s like I’m not even pregnant. I can feel the baby, even on the outside so obviously she’s there I guess she’s just hiding. I have incredible back pain and it’s almost like pulling teeth to get any sympathy at all from my husband and I think it’s because I don’t even look pregnant so how could my back possibly hurt, I’m not carrying around a huge belly like last time. Any one else is the same boat?
