Going back to work
My LO is 11 months next week and I have to go back to work in a little over a month which means he’ll have to go to Montessori. I’ve been trying to wean his afternoon nap to start with no avail. How do you do it? He pulls at my shirt and says mama! It breaks my heart so I end up giving in...please help!!!
