BH Contractions??

Question

Any 3rd trimester FTMs experiencing BH Contractions? What do they feel like? How do you know that it's a BH Contraction and not something else?

I feel a slight cramps feeling and my whole belly gets really hard

It’s hard to explain... it feels like my belly is really tight although I can’t actually feel it with my hands. It’s like it’s being pulled towards the floor. I have to focus and breathe through it because I can’t catch my breath, but it’s not really painful. I also sometimes get mild period type cramps. My uterus is a little irritable due to having twins, so sometimes I can’t feel them at all.

Mine was tightening of the stomachache like flexing my abs but I had no control over it, no pain and different than cramps, I would also get cramps the days leading up to my labor. Real contractions felt like cramps and tightening of the stomach together.

BH Contractions??
