Gender reveal

So my husband and I waited until DD was born to find out gender... this is our last baby and if a DS I want a tubal so we need to know beforehand plus it would be nice to experience both ways. We want to go all out and do a reveal party for our family... however we want to find out together beforehand bc that’s such a private thing to us. How would you reveal to your family? Fake that you don’t know? Or something else?
