Did I ovulate?

What is a biphasic signal pattern? I have the Ava bracelet and it stated that I had a biphasic signal pattern. I’m on cycle day 21. I cramped bad yesterday and also had a peak opk yesterday and day before. Does this mean I ovulated? My cycle day is 28-30 days. I received a positive opk on cd 10 but I think my body attempted to ovulate but did not and I started to bleed the day after I received that positive opk and I was bleeding for 3 days. I think I started to bleed because I took the bc pill for the first 5 days of my cycle and stopped because I heard that it helps trick your body to help ovulation and that’s how my friend got pregnant. Btw I have not been on any birth control since August of 2018(nexplanon removal).
