So how to start?
I used to have a trainer sigh. I miss those days. But don’t have the money for it . I didn’t have to think of my workouts and form etc. so I’ve always kind of been a runner/rower/spinner. And light on the weights. But I want to get toned and more into the weights . So I don’t have access to a gym. I have a kettle bell a treadmill and some weights. I would really like to build my booty up some. And tone up my tummy . How often to weight lift and to cardio...? I had a trainer 4 years ago so I don’t remember the particulars . Thanks !
