In love with a name your husband hates?

I didn’t think this baby would ever come, and I’m so grateful that we even get to have this argument! We have plenty of time to worry about a name, so I’m not too worried, but would like some opinions. I’ve been in love with one specific name my entire life. My husband says it’s “gross”. How do you let go of what you think is the perfect name?

My husband picked all of our kids names (except for the one we are expecting now. I called dibs 😂)
But in his defense he did pick some pretty good names.

My partner doesn’t like a lot of the names I like, but to be fair I don’t like most of his choices. When we finally find one we both like, that will be the name!!

I have a list of my top boy names and my husband didn't like ANY except one, but he only like a different version of it . We talked about it and it was the only one we both like (still was not my faves.) I pretty much said if we can agree on this name I want the version I like since it sounds better with his middle name. Since then I have pictured it in my mind and I really like it now. The funny thing is he literally liked the only girl name I have picked out!

Haha I like the name Zephyr for a boy and everyone I know hates it 😂 our daughter’s name is Phoenix and I think Zephyr would fit in but my sister and my husband are both 100% against 😂😂 I’m just hoping we have another girl so we don’t even have to deal with it lol

Just keep repeating it to him maybe he’ll grow to love it !! Loll I know my husband did with names we’ve had chosen out !
