Just noticed small white bumps on vagina  right when you open the lips. Not sure if It has to do with stds!? I'm really scared!!

Might be ingrown hair? When you touch it is it very painful and get a mirror and look at it can you see a hair in it?

Might want to get checked out. Herpes are small bumps like that, but is usually accompanied by itching and burning. But there is a chance that you won't have any other symptoms than the bumps. But I would make a doctor appt just to have them look and tell you to be certain. Good luck, dear!
