When to test....

Seems like a silly question, but if early detection tests only can be used about 5 days before AF does it matter how many DPO you are? And if you're counting from DPO do you count from only the peak day with the highest percentage chance? My first TTW was while on my honeymoon....this one is going to feel soooooooo much longer! 😁
