I'm 7w1d and have broken out with horrible acne everywhere (face, back, chest). Since finding out we are pregnant, I stopped taking acne medication, but try to wash my face more. I'm afraid to use something too strong to wash my face, and want to know if anyone has advice on how to combat pregnancy acne. I am mostly concerned about my face, but if I could lessen the acne everywhere, I'd be happy. Before pregnancy, I had dry skin, but notice I'm more oily now. Any recommendations? Is proactive ok for pregnant women? All advice is welcome.
