Post c-section undergarment?

For mamas who have had previous C-sections, what's your favorite support garment or postpartum girdle type thing? I just used this big hospital-issued Velcro wrap last time, but it was so bulky and hard to position comfortably...want to try something else this time around!

Omgggg I just had a csection and I decided to get mama strut ( I was anticipating a natural birth) and it’s supposed to be good for either. Holy hell. It’s fantastic and covered by my insurance. I put it on 12 hours after surgery and haven’t take it off yet. I even sleep in it. It makes everything hurt less. And I’m not straining my abs muscles so they can just heal. Also it fits under my jeans and tee shirts and isn’t super bulky.

Following... I loved the Velcro band thing because it was extremely supportive but I also hated the bulkiness.

I used the one the hospital gave me. Seemed to work fine that’s my plan this time around as well.

I just used what they gave me at the hospital. If there is a suggestion on this thread I'll look into it too 😂
