My one sounds exactly like this each time I am right on the baby. Normally I can only find it from a distance but when I hit the right spot it sounds like this, I just thought it was a strong ticker 💖

You've picked up the baby's heart directly.  The extra clicking is the opening and shutting of the heart valves.  This is a perfect sounding fetal heart. Ideally this is what the provider tries to find but they'll settle for a distant heart tone or even placental flow.
