Help please.

First off I'm making a doctor's appointment for her tomorrow, but i want to help her pain a little bit.

Last night my daughter said her back hurts, I thought maybe she's been sleeping on it wrong or something, so I told her to lay on her side. But today after school she said her back hurt so much that she went to the nurse, who didn't do anything. So I touched her back and she started crying. I'm very concerned, but can't take her to ER due to my husband gone for work and so is my mother. So I'm wondering if kids ibprofen will help, till I get her seen tomorrow??
